Quantum Gravitational Lensing
August 8, 2023
Gravitational lensing provides invaluable insights into the nature of dark matter, the distribution of mass in galaxies, and the overall structure of the universe. It is a captivating cosmic phenomenon that continues to fascinate and challenge our understanding of the cosmos.
FindInfinite Labs, is currently working on several AI and Quantum models to simulate quantum gravity and simulate how to use that gravity to extend our understanding of the universe.
As an example, this code illustrates the path of a test particle falling into a Schwarzschild black hole, plotted in terms of the Schwarzschild coordinates (t, r). Note that the radial coordinate r decreases with time as the particle falls in, and the fall accelerates as the particle approaches the Schwarzschild radius Rs = 2. For very long times, the particle's radial coordinate would approach the Schwarzschild radius, corresponding to the event horizon of the black hole.
